we are assisting a company local to robinson township, pa in their search to fill a temp to hire hr administrator.
primary responsibilities
provide oversight and administration of leave requests for compliance with family and medical leave act (fmla), the americans with disabilities act (ada), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans, and in accordance with the company’s leave policies.
performs exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, site managers and hr staff.
knowledge, skills and abilities:
proficient in microsoft office products especially excel
expert written and verbal communication skills
ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
qualifications:
education: bachelors degree in human resources preferred
experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role
license/certification: shrm-cp preferred
