Part-time property inspector/inventory clerk - united kingdom, stockport, manchester

mobile inventory services (sth manchester) is a franchised property inventory company who work with local letting agents – preparing reports on conditions of properties for their tenants and landlords.

as industry leaders using advanced technology, we stand out from the crowd. with new clients continually coming on board, we are looking to add to our existing dedicated team of clerks.

about the job

the role requires you to carry out detailed property inspections, commenting on condition and contents. we will show you how to create comprehensive and accurate check-in, check-out and interim reports for the whole life cycle of the tenancy.

a great eye for detail, good communication skills, the ability to work independently and manage your own time are essential.

you will be liaising with letting agents, landlords and tenants. all jobs are booked for you via our central booking system.

the hours

this is a freelance position, and candidates should be able to commit to at least 2 days per week. more days are available during busy times. hours are between 9-5pm (flexible).

you will receive full training and on-going support to ensure your success in this exciting opportunity.

the pay

remuneration is dependent on jobs complete. clerks will complete 2-4 jobs per day at a rate of £30.00 per job. (larger properties pay more).

part-time earnings : £720 - £1000 per month

best locations for you to live:

applicants should preferably live in or around stockport/south manchester areas. experience in the property industry not essential as full training given.

what you will need

you will require a smartphone and the use of a tablet/ipad for some jobs. you will need a clean driving licence and your own transport.
