assignment: 12 months; temp to hire opportunity!
pay: $20.00 - 25.00/hr.
shift/hours: monday – friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
this is an onsite position in centralia, mo.
description:
administers recruitment process to all recruiting efforts, interviewing, applicant skills testing, salary recommendations, offer letters, coordinating pre-employment background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork, e-verify, and onboarding of all new hourly employees.
ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and national employment laws
conduct hr presentations that include new employee orientation.
responsible for maintaining, setting, and participating in interviews for all hourly open positions.
responsible for completing the weekly report and presentation for hourly staffing/turnover/retention.
supports department and company-wide special projects.
ensures that all written documentation used in relation human resources is in compliance with company objectives, laws, and regulations.
requirements:
bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
proficient in ms office (excel, word, and powerpoint)
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment, self-motivated, problem solver, good time management skills and prioritize duties.
ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
hris and/or ats experience.
