adecco medical & science is working with our client in asheville, north carolina to hire per diem cnas (who have completed the medication aide course) for their facility.
prepares and administers medications to residents following established procedures.
orders and re-orders medications and returns all discharge medications for credit in compliance with regulations
maintains neat, clean, and orderly medication room and cart. takes appropriate precautions to make sure residents / patient do not have access to medications other than those prescribed.
providing outstanding patient care
answering patient calls
providing physical support for patients as needed
qualifications include:
high school diploma or ged
will maintain active non-restricted certification as a cna in the state of north carolina.
have passed a 24-hour n.c. board of nursing-approved medication aide training program and pass the state medication aide exam, and be listed on the n.c. medication aide registry.
must be fully covid vaccinated
