position description

support a variety of legal matters, including patent & general litigation, internal & regulatory invesgitations, as well as competition matters. work hands-on with technical data exports and support mutliple fast-paced matters at once. help with the day-to-day management of our teams data collection, processing, hosting, and production efforts. coordinate tasks across the different discovery teams and discovery vendors. responsibilities include but not limited to: perform qc for data collections/processing and production; troubleshoot collection/production issues; track data progress; carry out tasks in compliance with our teams workflows and best practices, etc.

skill/experience/education

mandatory

ba/bba/bs degree with excellent academic credentials or equivalent 2 or more years of experience in discovery support or legal operations

desired

experience with discovery collections/processing tools and navigating online document review platforms

solid understanding of all stages of the edrm
