adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an on-site floor support role in dallas and arlington, tx

at adecco, an on-site floor support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

this is a seasonal position that  is schedule to last through the end of the year. flexible days available, with a pay rate of up to $22/hr!

you may need to travel between sites during our peak season. 

responsibilities for this on-site floor support role include:

• conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes

• monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed

• attend client meetings as needed

• engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met

• complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.

• assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

• must be able to stand/walk for entire shift

qualifications:

must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

important on-site floor support skills include: team leader skills, people skills, conflict management skills, results driven, professionalism, organization, project management, and good judgment
