adecco is currently seeking energetic individual to join our team to fill an onsite talent consultant role in dallas and arlington, tx!
you will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
at adecco, an onsite talent consultant can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
this role is seasonal, and expected to last through the end of the year. this is a first shift opportunity (8 a - 5 p), with a payrate of up to $20/hr. you may need to travel between sites!
responsibilities for this onsite talent consultant role include:
• develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands.
• source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunities.
• determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• facilitate adecco specific onboarding process.
• engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
• complete associate counseling regarding performance and attendance when needed.
qualifications: minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment. excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills required. proficiency in ms office (word, excel & powerpoint) also required. capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.
must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease. important onsite talent consultant skills include: phone skills, people skills, computer skills, results driven, professionalism, organization, project management, and good judgment
