adecco medical and science is assisting our client to find a certified medical assistant in columbus, oh.
position summary
1. prepare examination rooms and sterilizing equipment
2. room patients, obtain health history, check vital signs and perform ekg’s
3. administer injections and collect specimen
4. document patient care using nextgen electronic medical record software
5.schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals, answer calls and complete paperwork
6. assist physicians and nurse practitioners with minor, in-office procedures
assignment: contract to hire!
**must have covid vaccine
schedule: m-f 8-5pm
