Job overviewa well reputed company in riyadh is looking to hire it support on urgent basis. please read the job description and send your cv to [email protected] and mention the subject j057 - it support. please note only relevant candidates will be contacted for interview.responsibilities for it support• install and configure hardware and software components• must have experience with windows server (provisioning role, maintaining existing roles)• should be able to handle email servers and troubleshoot issues (cpanels, m365, google workspace)• expert with printer installation and troubleshooting• must know dns, dhcp, active directory, server back up and restoration. db tools (mssql, mysql)• must have familiarity with ddns• work on pabx and biometric devices• repair or replace damaged hardware• upgrade systems to enable compatible software• install and upgrade antivirus software• perform tests on new hardware and software• define software, hardware and network requirements• troubleshoot hardware and software issuesqualifications for it support• bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred• a+ or cisco certification, preffered• microsoft it certificate, preffered• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role• experience troubleshooting systems• excellent written and oral communication skills• familiar with a range of software and hardware
