Marketing manager - united kingdom, central london, london
we have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing new divisions marketing team, which includes our expert networks division, our market research division and free to attend conferences.
this role will predominantly focus on growing our expert networks product searchlight. the successful candidate will work with the head of marketing to define and implement new marketing campaigns, establish processes, and best practices for our searchlight division that complement existing hanson wade principles.
key responsibilities
the successful candidate will continue to work with the hom to implement the corporate brand identity and branding guidelines across the business. once our corporate brand has been implemented, the role will be responsible for the marketing campaigns for area specific segments of prospects and customers. responsibilities include:
• working closely with the hom to create impactful marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and new business in three ways:
o aligning the marketing activities to support the sales goals for leads, opportunities, pipeline, conversion, and roi
o creating, execute and measure brand enhancing and awareness campaigns
o working with product leads to improve the customer journey and experience to increase retention and the ltv of our members.
• maintain the timeliness and accuracy of the product offering and value proposition across the site(s) and marketing collateral
• measuring campaign performance against target kpis, and using these to present recommendations for improvements
• utilising the full marketing mix; testing new channels and content types including an "always on" marketing approach
• working with external agencies and partners to strengthen the marketing plan and amplify market awareness
skills:

proficient at working with external agencies, and building digital real estate for brands
analytical and able to experiment and scale rapidly
track record of driving digital growth with a focus on lead acquisition, content creation and seo

a proven testing mindset and innovative thinker
experience:
experience in a b2b marketing role and experience of the full marketing mix - email, content, search, display, social, affiliates etc
proficient at creating websites on platforms such as wordpress
experience and expertise of
the demand generation lead funnel
content creation, copywriting, and proof-reading experience
a working knowledge of marketing automation systems and crm tools, preferably pardot and salesforce
experience in events, subscriptions, or association role preferable.
