that's where you come in. we're looking for a social-first research specialist, with extensive experience designing and running end-to-end social listening and effectiveness projects. you will have a deep knowledge of social media data across many platforms with the ability to use the leading social listening tools to generate insight.
as a research & insights director with this exciting agency, you will:
be extensively experienced across social listening tools, including brandwatch, talkwalker, netbase, pulsar, and meltwater, using these to generate meaningful insight across many social platforms
demonstrate the use of innovative social listening methodologies that feed into campaigns, and explain social effectiveness via listening to non-experience
present research and insights to clients directly
oversee the process from scoping research through to implementation, delivery, and debriefing
manage and lead a sub-team
the research & insights director will need:
5-8 years of experience in digital/social agencies
proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver against deadlines
excellent understanding of quantitative research, data planning, manipulating large data sets and data visualisation
strong interpersonal skills - you will liaise with clients and internal teams which rely on your expertise, explaining the finer points of effectiveness to non-experts in simple terms
a talent for collating decks that communicate effectiveness in a simple and engaging way
