Service administrator - united kingdom, aylesbury, buckinghamshire
due to business growth, we are looking for a service administrator with strong organisational skills who is able to prioritise their own workload and wants to be part of our friendly team at our offices in aylesbury.

focussed on our service customers you would provide quotations and process orders as well as supporting our field engineers and in house customer support team in day to day administration.
the right candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own, develop it and contribute ideas as part of an active member of the department.

role includes:
- production of service contract and one off service quotations
- follow up of quotes via email and phone
- generating repair quotations and organising parts for repairs
- sending service reports to customers post service
- support thetechnical service coordinator with scheduling activities for the field-based service team when required
- preparation of installation documentation
- answering service customer calls
- shipment of products to customer sites
- processing of service-related and accessory purchase orders
essential requirements:
- minimum gcse (or equivalent) in mathematics & english at grade c or above
- extensive experience of microsoft office to include word/excel
- experience working in a commercial office environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
desirable
- b2b customer service experience
- use of microsoft dynamics or other crm systems
