our client is a multi-award winning regional italian restaurant located in the heart of soho. we specialise in the obscure and the delicious highlights of food from all across italy's twenty regions. if we can make something ourselves, we do – breads, sausages, salumi, pickles, mostarda, and pasta of course. we are extremely proud of the food we serve, and the way we produce it.
we are seeking an experienced bartender to join our bar team.
we have an all italian cocktail menu - and a constantly evolving & changing list of around 150 italian wines.
we are currently paying a £2000 new starter bonus, paid at the successful completion of the probation period.
duties include:
making cocktails & coffees
general wine knowledge & service
general upkeep of the bar including setup & breakdown
receiving & storing deliveries
ensuring we provide the perfect serve every time and upholding standards
