this role will include the following responsibilities:

supporting the service teams across their four depots with procuring, booking, and tracking all upcoming training requests as required including liaising with training providers and updating internal company records.to maintain digital records of training including attendance, certification, and renewal dates.to support our qmt with maintaining compliance with iso 9001:2015 by developing processes, maintaining, and updating the quality index and the quality manual as required.to maintain, track and issue lps1197 certificates to qualifying clients and to update external digital records relating to these.to administer the company health insurance scheme including tracking on boarding, off boarding and liaising with both the insurer and internal finance.to support the service, sales, recruitment, and compliance teams with data collection as required using the company protean database and other sources.to complete digital dbs checks using our e-bulk providers and to securely store these according to gdpr guidelines.to assist and support the facilities manger with data reporting, monitoring and collection regarding compliance.

the person:

previous experience of working within administrationgood working knowledge of office 365 programs including excelbe a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skillshighly organised with the ability to prioritise workloadsexcellent interpersonal skills and possesses a ‘can-do’ attitudegood attention to detailknowledge of microsoft visio an advantage but not essentialprevious experience within compliance (especially iso 9001) an advantage but not essential
