adecco staffing is working with a client in lawrence, ma! we are looking for a qualified desktop support analyst, this is an on-site, temp-to-perm position!


hours: 8-5, monday-friday

pay: $30/hr+ doe

job brief:

seeking a desktop support analyst for our electronics manufacturing facility in lawrence, ma.  position will have support and oversight from corporate operation in blacksburg, va. 

 

this is an aspiring mid-level analyst position with primary responsibility to provide desktop support to end-users. the analyst must balance his or her technical knowledge and skill with a high level of customer service objectives in all operations of the service desk.  the analyst is responsible for maintaining secure and confidential information and must be familiar with specific it policies at the local and corporate levels.  at this level, support calls may be complex in nature where judgment will be required in problem resolution.  he or she will work to resolve or appropriately escalate issues and assist with maintaining the knowledge base.

 

 

desired qualifications and experience:
 

active directory – managing active base of computers and users as needed

hardware & os troubleshooting skills

it ticket system – provide day-to-day desktop and conference room support

pxe boot imaging system – or any other imaging system

microsoft office 365 support experience

nice to have but will train on bitlocker experience

scripting common tasks in powershell

windows software deployment knowledge

pc hardware troubleshooting

nice to have – basic networking connectivity

troubleshooting outlook with exchange

 

 

beneficial if knowledge of any of the following application packages:

 

solidworks

windows active directory/domain services

sql

ms office

adobe acrobat

minitab

infor – syteline

veeam

fortinet
