adecco medical & science is assisting the bay area’s leading healthcare client in recruiting for a financial analyst - reporting specialist in palo alto, ca.

hours: 8 hours/ monday - friday 

financial analyst - reporting specialist overview: 

responsible for budget and financial analysis support and for on-going and ad-hoc report writing for outpatient clinics.

coordinates the preparation and maintenance systems related to the operating and capital budgets of the clinics.

provides financial report writing, and serves as a financial and analytical resource to the clinics in support of their operations.

develops and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the clinics highlighting their operational performance. in addition, he/she will write and prepare ad-hoc reports for clinic managers and the clinic director highlighting specific operational issues in the clinics. 

minimum requirements/qualifications:

bachelor’s degree with emphasis in financial or healthcare management

demonstrated ability in both mainframe and pc based applications. fluency in idx-dbms, tsi and excel is highly desirable.
