are you a boat builder with an eye for detail seeking a new career on the south coast? our client is looking for someone with a good level of practical skill a perfectionist, even to join their small team in the construction of bespoke, made-to-order, luxury vessels. the ideal candidate will have knowledge in boat building, deck fitting (first and second fit out), electronic/electrical systems, engines, hydraulics, lamination and grp and gel repair/finishing and on the job you ll get training to become an expert in these fields. while all levels of experience are welcome to apply you ll need to have completed an apprenticeship or have two years working in industry - it is vital that you re fastidious, proud of your work, determined to get it right first time, and be prepared to put in hours at potentially unsociable times to meet delivery goals where required. under normal circumstances, though, you ll usually work monday to thursday 7.30am to 5pm, and fridays 7.30am to 1.30pm. company benefits include a competitive salary with paid overtime, free hot drinks, an onsite tuck shop and pay incentives measured against training progress. if you re seeking a new challenge with this small but tight-knit team working on exciting projects, then get in touch
