adecco is assisting a local client seeking experienced training coordinator/professional in portland, or. this is a temp to hire opportunity!
ideal candidates would have a dedicated work space to accommodate 2 monitors, laptop, mouse and keyboard, free from visual and auditory distraction. must have the ability to work during work hours with camera and mic on. this role is flexible on pay rates.
30 to 40 hours per week
located in the portland, or area
able to work in the office or hybrid (work in office as needed)
must be able to come into the downtown portland office several days per month (address below) for in person meetings and training classes
required:
intermediate user of windows and ms office for scheduling, email, tracking and record keeping
experience or desire to work at a fast paced, constantly improving/changing large business
good people skills, outgoing, friendly want’s the help and solve problems
strong communication skills, including written and speaking, listening, following up and following through
able to follow a process or develop/improve a process for new tasks
cares about training, learning, education
plusses:
experience or genuine interest in helping out in the classroom with instructors/teachers and learners
experience using an online database system such as a learning management system (lms) and interested in learning how to administer an lms
experience creating or editing written documents such as training materials, work processes or technical documents
experience or genuine interest in working in an educational environment such as a public school, college, business training program
experience working for an industrial company such as manufacturing, heavy equipment, energy, transportation, warehouse
