we are currently recruiting for a full time maintenance person to join our company, the ideal person would have had experience in the building/maintenance industry, able to fix and mend, proficient with simple electrics and plumbing, could build an outside decking area, mend and fix fences, paint and decorate, maintain garden machinery, maintenance and hot tub care, grounds maintenance and other property related maintenance and fixes. we are a holiday park so would often have to be customer facing with dealing with call outs to guest accommodation with anything from a blown lightbulb to repairing or replacing a broken down appliance. must be able to work on their own or as part of a team. must have a clean driving licence. on call duties every third week. 5 day working week with alternate saturday and thursday off, sundays off
