this professional services organisation based in shrewsbury are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate hr consultant to join their growing team as they continue to expand through a period of success.
your new role
to deliver outstanding consultancy services that consistently add value to the business and their clients. to help develop work, projects and relationships that ensure the business are seen as a quality service provider and grows in the future.
to provide support on hr consultancy projects as agreed, which could include:
supporting retained clients with regular onsite support, acting as their own internal hr manager
completion of project / ad-hoc based work for existing and new clients, which could include:
research on employment law and best practice techniques surrounding all things hr
what you'll need to succeed
previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, you will be able to work autonomously, alongside the resilience to deliver under pressure. have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and people managers. have sound knowledge, understanding and practical application of employment law and hr best practice.
