A leading real estate company in the kingdom of bahrain seeks to employ a sales manager (with prior experience in a real estate development company).
bahraini nationality
minimum of 3-4 years real estate industry experience in a sales/marketing in the bahrain.
excellent english communication skills both oral and written
conduct market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
high computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail
the position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives achieves personal sales goals.
