justteachers are working with a mainstream primary academy to support them in recruiting a 1:1 teaching assistant to support a child with send.
you will need to be experienced in working closely with children and supporting them within an education/care environment.
the school serves a large catchment area with a high percentage of eal.
knowledge of de-escalation techniques, be calm and patient.
the role is to start from january and would be a long-term requirement.
you will have:

ta level 1 or 2 qualification
