this position requires:

• demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization
• planned and coordinated integrated schedules for personnel, material, and facilities utilization.
job responsibilities:
provides direction to subordinate supervisors/assemblers based on general policies and management guidelines.
plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material, and facilities utilization.
provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.
responsible for assigned department budgets.
interprets and executes policies that typically affect subordinate organizational groups.
coordinate work programs for shift operations.
basic hiring criteria:
requires a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and nine (9) years, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
the senior manager role requires a bs degree and fourteen (14) years directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
the supervisor role requires a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and one (1) years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities.
experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.
demonstrated performance in factory operations including a thorough knowledge of scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements.
demonstrates verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a challenging team environment.
demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization.
willingness to be available to supervise occasional overtime work as deemed necessary by company commitment to schedule.
willingness to assist in additional job duties as assigned by management is vital.
