reporting into the financial planning and analysis manager as our assistant management accountant you will support in reporting, month end process, management accounts and budgeting for avh.
as part of our small, supportive team within a large organisation, you will challenge assumptions and decision-making as appropriate in order to drive innovation and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities

what does it take to be an assistant management accountant?
our ideal candidate will use their initiative, organise and prioritise their workload and work to tight timescale alongside the following:
studying a recognised accounting qualification
experience in accounting, with a high level of written and spoken literacy
high standards and attention to detail with high levels of customer care
self-motivated - ability to work in autonomous role without close supervision
inquisitive nature and problem-solving ability
sage/sap experience
