Call center technical support representative - united states, lincoln

responsibilities:

  • provide call center technical support.
  • do first level troubleshoot of technical support issues encountered in a retail store.
  • be able to provide clear and precise verbal and written instructions.
  • utilize various systems including word, excel, and access.
  •  

    requirements:

  • must be able to work in office in lincoln, ri 3-5 days a week depending on project.
  • work 8 hour shifts between 8am – 8pm
  • high school diploma or ged
  •
