we currently have a great opportunity for an experienced chef de partie to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. the chef de partie will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus.

a independent dining pub with 6 guest rooms this stunning venue champions local artisan products and sources the very best fresh, local, seasonal ingredients for their daily-changing, modern british menu with mediterranean influences and british pub classics on the à la carte menu. the all-day bar menu offers tempting nibbles throughout the day and breakfast, morning coffee and afternoon tea are also available to non-residents.

the perks

the chef de partie will benefit from:

salary basic of £2,000£10,000 in serviceworking alongside a top chef and established team45+ hour a week4 days on 3 days off.opportunity to work with an experienced & talented teamprogression, mentor-ship and trainingthe person

the chef de partie will have:
