we are currently looking for an experienced guest services manager located in ascot. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in ascot. the successful guest services manager will be responsible for overseeing the running of the guest arrival, stay and departure in order to ensure a smooth operation in all front of house areas and ensuring guest enjoy seamless service.

set on 240 acres, this luxury, picturesque hotel is part of prestigious hotel collection. on site they have a luxurious spa, michelin star restaurant, and lounge bar.

the person

the guest services manager will have:

you'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the teamyou'll bring previous experience as a hotel duty manager or similar role, ideally with opera experience.you have a talent for greeting guests and building a relationship with themyou'll have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethicyou'll have a valid clean british driving license, which has been held for at least two yearsyou'll be excellently presented at all times
