Recruitment consultant - united kingdom, hull, east yorkshire

we are currently looking for a recruitment consultant to join our hull team working on our one of our existing desks. this is a permanent role working monday to friday for 40 hours between 8.00am to 5.30pm. the salary is £22,000 to £24,000 per annum (d.o.e) plus bonus and other benefits

this is a 360 role so on a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike. your tasks will involve managing the whole recruitment process from registering candidates to making initial sales call to a client and placing the successful candidate. you will be processing the candidates' time sheets in time for payroll deadlines and ensuring that all manual and computer records are up to date and correct.

the role involves:

* business development through calls and meetings

* interviewing and registering candidates

* ensuring compliance and legal requirements are met at all times

* account managing clients that you will look after for years to come

* utilising recruitment tools to source candidates

* providing high levels of customer service to current clients

* rates negotiation

* payroll duties

you will:

* experience in a recruitment background preferred (not essential)

* be motivated and have a desire to succeed

* possess a strong character

* workload, prioritisation and time management skills

* be able to communicate at all levels with the ability to forge long-lasting relationships;

* have a high level of spoken/written english and be it literate, particularly excel, word and outlook;

* hold a full driving licence with own vehicle.
