full time, permanent position + overtime available

£27,500 - £30,000 dependent on experience

experience of reach & wash window cleaning essential

our client offers window cleaning to commercial and residential properties throughout hertfordshire and north london. they pride themselves on their attention to detail and are proud to use only state-of-the-art equipment and the most safe and efficient cleaning practices.

they are looking for a window cleaner with experience of reach & wash window cleaning. the role will involve working independently and also as part of a supportive team, cleaning properties throughout the local area.

job perks:

a company van, fuel card, uniform and all equipment will be provided (full uk driving licence essential to travel to customer sites).

working hours:

35 - 40 hours per week (some overtime may be needed during busy periods). weekend overtime will also be available.

key responsibilities:

carry out window cleaning tasks as detailed on an app on your phone to a high standard.
ensure all health and safety process are followed at all times
carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including health & safety
ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
uniform to be clean and tidy and worn at all times on sites.
maintain and build great working relationships with all other occupiers of the site including colleagues and customers.



the client is looking for window cleaners who:

have at least one year experience in a similar position.
have excellent customer service and communication skills.
have strong attention to detail.
are well presented.
are a good team player.
are flexible and are able to work overtime if required.
hold a full uk driving licence.

please note: a dbs check will be carried out on the successful applicant to submit to relevant clients and as part of commercial contracts.
