we are extremely excited to advertise this chef de partie or pastry chef de partie position on the behalf of our lovely client in the heart of surrey hills. we are looking for an ambitious chef to join an independent, family run, neighbourhood-destination restaurant that offers high-quality dishes and a gorgeous selection of wines.

requirements & responsibilities:

being able to work under pressureorganise your sectionwants to progress and work with 2aa rosette standardspastry background is preferred but not essentialhave a positive, "can do" attitudehappy to work within an excellent teammaintaining high standards as a chef de partiepositive and flexiblein return, you will work in a great and family feel team, you will have plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

you will not work more than 45 hours a week and have availability to live-in as well.
