your responsibilities will include:

cooking with local fresh produce.ability to run a neat, efficient and organised section.working with the head chef to create specials and high quality dishesstock control/rotation.ideal candidate:

preferably from a similar fresh food background.2-3 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment.someone who remains calm under pressure and communicates well.benefits
