we are seeking a chef de partie who has passion for cooking fresh food, with excellent time management, organisational & teamwork skills for a beautiful establishment in spitalfields, near liverpool street station.
you will be working alongside a knowledgeable head chef, with quality ingredients & a tight team. you must care about what you do, be aware of the needs of the business, have integrity in the workplace & be positive and willing when coming in to work.
haccp knowledge & basic baking skills are a must. french & english food knowledge would be ideal, but not compulsory.
salary or hourly rate offered, to be discussed at interview & based on experience.
