a wonderful family based in wandsworth, london would like a full-time live-out nanny housekeeper to take charge of the overall maintenance of their household and help them look after their lovely children.

duties would include:

arrange and attend all kinds of meetings and appointments, such as the doctor, dentist, therapist
bathing children
helping them change into their clothes
feeding the children
health and hygiene
keeping children's bedroom and pay areas tidy and clean at all the times
preparation of meals for the children
school runs and homework help
soothing and comforting them and showing them affection
taking care of the children's laundry
preparing food for the children
dry cleaning
grocery shopping

position: full-time live-out nanny housekeeper

days/hours: ideally 40 hours per week (flexible on which days and hours as long as the candidate is happy to work on early hours occasionally)
