assemblers are required but not limited to:
read, understand and follow job instructions to complete tasks
adhere to all environmental, health and safety requirements as detailed in the process work instructions
perform manual assembly operations (gluing, shrink wrap, cell placement)
package batteries
run slitters
perform tab cutting operations
ability to resistance weld is preferred
ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
perform basic quality checks, some visual and some with gauges
clean tools and work area
job requirements
ability to read and follow instruction
basic math skills
ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
ability to lift a minimum of 15lbs
