  • type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • length: 6 months; possible extension/conversion
  • pay: $53.13 hourly
  • shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5
  • this is an onsite position in el segundo, ca
  • responsibilities include:

  • configure and support laptops and desktops
  • deploy cisco ip phone handsets as required by the business
  • acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product/service offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers
  • maintain user accounts
  • maintain and support wireless devices including corporate and personal cell phones and ipads
  • support audio-visual equipment and conference rooms
  • take ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests
  • perform incident ticket processes
  • requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree or 3-5 plus years’ experience as a desktop support analyst
  • strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organization skills
  • knowledge of active directory, 0365, mac os, and windows 10
  • attention to detail, making and keeping commitment
  • solid technical background in a broad range of microsoft based it
