Financial analyst - united states, aurora (colorado)

we have partnered with a growing company to assist in their search for an experienced financial analyst with manufacturing experience, this highly visible and newly created role due to corporate growth will support day-to-day business while partnering with the operations team to drive improvements in process and analytical capabilities. alongside the senior leadership team responsible for the success and profitability of company’s portfolio companies.

this is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. 

the financial analyst will: 

future forecasting and assist in building 3-5 year plans utilizing comprehensive financial models 

project financial returns to current and potential lenders/investors

assist with the creation and refinement of forecasting templates to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of the forecasting process across portfolio companies

ideally candidates will possess:

bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related quantitative discipline (required)

3+ years of financial analysis or related experience, at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment ideally with multiple divisions

experience with tableau and other data visualization tools
