competitive salary full-time our client is seeking a talented and creative nursery manager to manage the day to day running of a nursery located in gloucester. this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group of nurseries. duties: provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures. innovative and resourceful teaching methods. recruit experienced and suitable staff, check references and carry out legal checks. manage nursery budgets, collect fees and all invoicing requirements. provide information regularly to parents and hold parent meetings and open/evening days. to be successful in this position, you will: looking for candidates with experience of working as a nursery manager and educated to a level 3 in early years. have previous experience working as a nursery manager or within a nursery setting. have a good understanding of the early years foundation stage (eyfs). knowledge of ofsted standards and experience of inspections. knowledge of health and safety legislation. knowledge of safeguarding legislation. be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. have a passion for working with children
