so . what is this role exactly?

this is an exciting opportunity for a permanent homebased housing assistant, within the housing management team.

you will be homebased and living in the north west, as there'll be occasional travel to our head office, in birchwood, warrington, for meetings and training.

you will provide advice and guidance, to housing applicants, on our choice-based lettings schemes, with responsibility for processing of invoices and raising purchase orders.

you will be performance driven, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet targets. you will also work with the housing management team to ensure gas safety checks are booked in with our customers.

what will i be responsible for doing?

to be a successful as housing assistant, here at yhg, you will have .

experience administrating data and documentation

experience maintaining accurate records

the ability to a successfully manage tasks to deadline

excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally and with external partners

a proven passion for handling customer and stakeholder enquiries through to resolution

you will be confident speaking with customers, as you'll support with all aspects of gas compliance, including contacting our customers, compiling daily updates, and liaising with our compliance team and external contractors. you will also provide advice, support and guidance to help housing applicants to register and maintain their applications on property pool plus.
