the company:

established in 2004, this family-run business works with some of london’s most exclusive venues including the soho house group as well as private celebrity clients and event producers. they are amongst the most reputable florists in london and are looking for an experienced team member who takes pride in their work and has a passion for great customer service.

about the role:

you will be responsible for making contract vases as well as bouquets for online orders walk in customers and our flower stalls. you'll be joining a small and friendly team that have fun and work well independently, under pressure. support for each other is essential.

candidate duties:

serve customers by telephone, in-store and via email
develop and maintaining good relationships with clients.
respond to any queries or complaints in relation to orders
be competent in all funeral work; conditioning flowers and organising the day to day running of our workshop.
co-ordinating administrative tasks including keeping track of staff rotas, answering emails, supervising the online ordering system and managing social media.

candidate requirements:

high level of flower design and flower knowledge.
passionate, creative and resourceful.
good organisation and computer literacy
excellent verbal and written english.
highly organised and self-motivated individual that works well under pressure.
40 hours per week and paid overtime.

this is a full-time position (5 days per week - 8 hour shift, including alternate saturdays) and in return the company is offering a competitive salary, depending on experience. the ideal candidate will have 5+ years floristry experience.
