we are currently recruiting a chef de partie to join a brigade who are imaginative, creative and most importantly driven to be a part of a team with the desire to be the best in the area.

our client is an independent group of award-winning country pubs, each boasting 2 aa rosettes. as a group they are focused on modern british cuisine using seasonal, fresh ingredients to create menus loaded with passion and imagination. this site is a modern gastro pub in cookham with a fantastic reputation.

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
