as a venue manager you will be leading a team of full and part time employees in a friendly environment that may be open 24 hrs per day 7 days a week.
the venue manager ensures business requirements are delivered to plan, including commercial, operational efficiency targets and managing in accordance to company policies and procedures. the venue manager will also deliver and have responsibility for brand standards, turnover, cash control, health and safety, security, recruitment, team training and p&l delivery.
