position description

oversee large projects from concept to launch, developing and coordinating realistic project plans, milestones, roadmaps and metrics, while working and communicating effectively with executives and leads in our product teams in their roles as key stakeholders and/or partners

establish and/or evolve existing processes for managing engagements, design a framework for prioritizing requests from many different product teams and stakeholders

understand, develop and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional groups to identify opportunities and solve the most important needs of our product teams 

  • identify and track dependencies, both technical and organizational.
  • establish relationships with stakeholders (especially other tpms) from partner teams and manage communication channels.
  • identify roadblocks and bottlenecks and drive for resolution.
  • develop and maintain metrics and dashboards.
  • contribute to the cadence of business including planning, tracking resources, establishing metrics to guide business decisions
  • demonstrated operations management aptitude with experience in software creation . prior experience working with and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams. logical thinking and independent decision making skills. superior problem solving and analytical skills. excellent written and verbal communication skills. strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering program management
  • bachelor’s degree in computer science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • proven ability to lead and deliver results on large-scale, complex technical programs across distributed sites.
  • ability to establish trusted relationships and coordinate alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders in multiple pas
  • demonstrated process improvement experience and accomplishments.
  • experience with shaping organizational change to implement a process.
  • outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • desired

  • thrives when challenged with vague/undefined program/project scope and can utilize data when proposing solutions for operational initiatives.
  • knowledge of user-centered design process, user research, and product development process.
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to collaboration in a fast-paced matrix environment
