the company has been growing successfully since 2000 offering a complete one stop solution

from warehouse management of equipment through to installation, testing, calibration,

technical support, remote software support and full onsite maintenance for the automotive

paint industry.

due to continuous growth, they are looking to add another 1st line it support technician to the

team.

role and responsibilities

the ideal candidate must have previous telephony experience from customer service base

background and have a general interest and understanding of microsoft windows operating

systems / hardware and software diagnostics as you will be the 1st line of support in helping

our automotive refinish customers.

there will be some administration work with this position. you will require a high attention to

detail together with good organisational skills.

full training will be given on the bespoke client software and internal call logging systems.

past experience in supporting it is an advantage but not essential, however a passion for

wanting to help is.

a+ certification would be an advantage but not a requirement.
