Financial analyst - united states, honolulu

Our growing technology consulting company is looking to hire asap a financial analyst! 

this is a 100% in-office position in honolulu, hawaii.

in this role, you will:

prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and other reports as needed

develop and maintain financial reports and projections

perform comprehensive company and industry research as needed

oversee accounting functions

report and work directly with c-level staff

qualifications

5+ years of financial analysis experience in a banking or mid to large-size corporate environment.

ba in finance or equivalent work experience in commercial banking

excellent analytical, modeling, verbal, and written communication skills

advanced skills in microsoft excel

strong interest in technology and ability to learn new software and applications quickly

good understanding of the technology industry in hawaii

good understanding of mid to large-size company finance and operations

skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

strong analytical skills

keen attention to detail and a creative mindset

proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

strong work ethic with the ability and understanding to work long hours

self-starter and team player

excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

interest in financial markets with knowledge attained through coursework, individual study and prior work experience
