full job description
senior project manager with experience in software development environment. managing a team of functional, technical, software development and operations leads. bring together each aspect of delivery into an integrated solution. must have large system development and implementation experience. preference for hawaii-based project managers.
must have experience managing managers.
must be familiar with multiple and complex scheduling work streams
must be able to develop with a team of leaders respective work breakdown structures
must translate wbs into resource requirements and timeline
past success in multiple projects
must have a bachelor's or masters degree in ics, computer engineering or comparable degree.
team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
may be required to make periodic client site visits for meetings.
ability to present project materials to sponsors (both technical and non-technical)
must be able to delegate and work through others
must have strong problem-solving, negotiation and team-building skills and experience
a flexible self-starter, who is customer-oriented, a team player and adaptable to change.
must have agile project experience
must be pmp certified
preference for hawaii-based candidates
this position will likely require proof of covid-19 vaccination or submission to periodic covid-19 testing pursuant to client requirements and/or government mandates.
