we are seeking candidates who are passionate about teaching and learning and have the drive and motivation to help adult learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. the ideal candidate must hold a teaching qualification, and have experience in teaching functional skills in maths and english. also, the candidate must have strong organisational and communication skills to inspire and educate adult learners.
the successful candidate will:
possess a teaching qualification (minimum level 4 is essential). have a strong understanding of functional skills in maths and english. have worked in a similar role and be passionate about teaching. possess a strong understanding of functional skills in maths and english. have the ability to embed functional skills in apprenticeship delivery. you must hold a math and english gcse b grade or equivalent.
