the mwaa operations crewmember’s primary responsibilities for this job are to support all operational functions of the reagan international and dulles international airport's advertising programs on-site.
maintain all signage condition and operations including daily function, installations and material management activities.
inspect all signage locations daily; illuminated printed, direct application, free charge stations, digital and specialty assets to ensure they are clean and in good condition/working order.
safely hang client or airport copy (display creative) or assist with installs as needed.
maintain all copy for signage and other product/exhibits in airport program.
receive copy/creative for illuminated signs and prep for posting. if any issues with product alert operations manager and market manager immediately. maintain proper receiving records.
post copy using proper safety equipment and tools provided.
confirm digital postings are running correctly within 24 hours of notification. all postings must be completed within 5 days of start of contract, unless approved for late or early posting.
provide quality photos for proof of performance within 48 hours of posting copy.
maintain proper records/work orders for changes.
oversee/assist with delivery, installation, daily operations, and load out of exhibits within the airport.
work with installer of non-traditional products on receiving, storing, and installations.
maintain all facets of inventory to support sales efforts.
must be well versed in sign locations and current inventory.
measuring new inventory to provide product specifications to independent contractor and sales team.
communicate all airport issues including changes to terminals, whether it involves airports or airline to operations manager and market manager.
notify operations manager of any new products or signage found at the airport.
manage operational administrative requests.
terminal access/escorting requests.
maintain, communicate and enforce most up to date terminal access protocol.
submit access request forms and documentation into terminal operators within required timeframe.
coordinate installation equipment sourcing and delivery.
manage intake of materials being shipped to cca office/storage facility.
manage security badging roster.
manage advertising display asset’s spare parts inventory to ensure swap out availability.
audits all market static pir costs via the acs print grid in blackbox to ensure all pricing is up-to-date and accurate.
maintains ips sheet weekly that lists all static locations and the exact client creative or filler currently running.
manages static filler program ordering and relocating filler as needed.
additional responsibilities:
responsible for reviewing safety materials monthly
responsible for cooperation in maintaining operations vehicles for location with regards to vehicle maintenance, inspections/reporting and parking privileges with airport, fuel card usage (if applicable)
provide escort or access for vendors or client tours-as required
maintain good working relationship with airport and terminal managers
manage and maintain (service centers) at airports within market area (if applicable)
comply with airport regulations and badging requirements
daily airport walks via a set plan that completes a full airport-wide walk by end of the week to: identify, track, resolve issues.
daily cleaning and maintenance of all static units
support all static installs/removals to campaign start/end, collaborating with acs print
assists operations manager in identifying and troubleshooting digital issues
perform overnight work and/or cca representation when necessary
share “best practices” with other market ops teams on bi-weekly operations calls
performs daily/weekly photo and video capture of passenger traffic and/or posted campaigns through the market mangers request and/or the pop process
attends airport operations meetings, testing, evaluations, etc. related to cca inventory and/or changes required by the airport or new inventory installs
contributes sales related ideas and participates in brainstorming exercises targeted for sales initiatives

education and certifications
certificate or degree in project management preferred
