Change management - united states, san jose

adecco is currently assistanting one of our clients in a fulltime, temp to hire role as a change management lead.  this position is currently open to working remotely from any location within the us. 

payrate: $67.86/hr

the change management lead will play a key role in building a successful security business critical (crisis) communication strategy. this person will focus on enablement, including creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee readiness/adoption and minimize resistance. this is a highly visible and business impacting role, and you will work across many organizations across the enterprise.

roles & responsibilities will include:
- define, lead, and implement change management strategies/plans (communications, training, business readiness).
- create/deliver communications collateral (business critical messages, security updates/materials, etc.).
- create/deliver security training materials (tutorials, message-in-a-box, ask me anything, etc.).
- partner with cross-functional security and it teams and smes to improve our business-critical comms rollout readiness.

qualifications:
- 7+ years communications & change management experience
- ba or bs in communications, business administration, security focused, behavioral science or similar
- strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (knowledge of prosci)
- demonstrated experience & success in leading large change initiatives and projects
- very proficient in: microsoft powerpoint, sharepoint, smartsheet, webex
- knowledge of eloqua a plus
- good eye for strong ux design
- extensive industry experience and thrives working collaboratively in a global, fast-paced, dynamic cross-functional team environment.
