we have a great opportunity for a glass polisher/runner to join our floor team at opso. your main duties will be to assist our waiters' and kitchen team for a smooth preparation and service.

key duties & responsibilities

ensure a speedy and sufficient supply of clean and polished glasses
help the front of house staff with delivering food and drinks to the tables
have a basic understanding and knowledge of food safety law
report any potential hazards / breakages and follow agreed procedures to remedy

skills & experience required

previous experience of working in a kitchen preferred but not essential
high standard of personal presentation
committed to delivering a first-class customer service
friendly manner
highly organised
genuine interest in food and drink and desire to progress
