we are looking for a motivated floor manager staff to join our award winning restaurants in london at opso

our floor manager are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and an all round restaurant experience.

you will have 1-2 years’ experience in a high pace restaurant.

good knowledge of the english language is a must.

responsibilities

ensuring customers have a positive dining experience by delivering superior food and beverage service
seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience, requesting feedback and evaluating service levels
responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
needs to be able to delegate tasks and think on his feet as he addresses the needs of staff and patrons
required to implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary
coordinating daily restaurant management operations is a vital every-day part of the role
greeting customers on arrival
processing order and ensuring it is delivered to them in a timely and satisfactory manner after communicating with the section's waiter
ensuring customers are satisfied and all their needs are covered
good command of english is a prerequisite.
